Will I turn into a kale juicing, yoga loving hippy?
No! Not necessarily. This was a genuine question. There is a lot of fear that comes up when discussing change. Fear that you won't be able to eat and drink the things that made you feel so good in the past. What actually happens when you clear the emotional need is that your body and brain tells you what now feels good and often the processed foods and sugary drinks just don't hit the spot anymore!
