The truth is: DIETS DON’T WORK.
Why? Because they rely on conscious parts of your brain, that part that relies on will power, pushing... struggle...and ultimately failure...
You cannot CHANGE your behaviours via conscious mind. You have to go DEEPER.
You have to explore the subconscious mind AND the programmes you’re running.
You have been training your BRAIN for YEARS. Your relationship with your body started with just one thought, this thought has now turned into a CONSTANT CONVERSATION that you have with yourself EVERY DAY!

Playing these over and over has created a pattern in the brain that is now automatic.

I know, it seems impossible right now, BUT you can CREATE a new path, a new story... it may take a little bit of training but not the years maybe decades, it’s taken to create your current patterns and programming around food.

Not too long ago, I was consumed by my addiction to sugar and my ‘I’ll have my cake and eat it too’ attitude. I was overweight, bloated, and consumed by thoughts about my body.

I was so wrapped up in my EMOTIONAL EATING patterns and it was making me miserable.
But then, I embarked on a journey to figure out my deeper beliefs around food and truly listen in to that inner conversation of what I was saying, what I was telling my body or rather programming it to believe.
